That is all.
It’s been a while since I’ve updated.
Since 9/12, I’ve met with the State’s Attorney, and learned that someone that witnessed the incident called 911 and apparently confirms my side of the story (thank God for random strangers!).
Sadly, it goes downhill from there. Geico sent me a letter denying my claim, based on conflicting stories and [...]
So, headed to Costco with Alexander after work today, and traffic was locked up tight. I finally get to the intersection where I need to turn left, and lo and behold, there are 2 (two!) lanes turning left to choose from. I hang back a little bit, wait for the car in from of me [...]
So, as is usually the case, when someone does me wrong, I write about it here so we can laugh at the foolishness of others.

Update: 16 October, I met with a USAA rep. Mr. G was great – not only did he agree with me that the hinges needed replacing, he pointed out where it was clear that the existing hinges were used as an attachment point to pull on the door frame of the front [...]
So I was headed home from a command function in Old Town Alexandria tonight, trying to make a left turn across 3 lanes of stop and go traffic. Two folks in the leftmost lanes had the common courtesy to stop and let me turn. The right lane, which was an HOV-2 lane until 6:00 PM [...]
It’s still ours, and back on the market… One of these days we’ll get rid of it…
EDIT: Back on, maybe? We have another contract, closing is scheduled for 25 August, so we’ll see!!!
